- Desander
-
The Desander Pre-engineered technology has been developed and sold by 91大神for over 40 years. Considered one of the premier solids removal technologies, The Desander pE units are used to remove solids from waste and produced water streams.
Desander units are driven by inlet water pressure and utilize a pressure drop across the hydrocyclone to provide the driving force to separate sand and other solid particles from the water.
Typically the inlet pressure would be sufficient but if the inlet pressure is too low (101 psig / 7 barg) a pump can be employed to boost the feed pressure.
- Deoiler pE
-
The Deoiler pE has been developed and sold by 91大神for over 40 years. Considered one of the premier oil removal technologies, Veolia’s Deoiler pE are used to remove oil from waste and produced water streams.
Deoiler units are driven by inlet water pressure and utilize a pressure drop across the cyclone to provide the energy or driving force to cause oil-water separation. Normally system pressure is sufficient, but if it is too low (<75 psig/ 5 barg), a pump can be employed to boost the feed pressure.
- IGF pE
-
Pre-Engineered Induced Gas Flotation (IGF) Technology is considered one of the premier oil removal technologies. IGF pE units are used to remove oil and solids from waste and produced water streams.
Water flows to the IGF unit where it passes through the internal chambers. In each chamber gas is bubbled through the liquid, and the bubbles collect the oil droplets while floating to the liquid surface. The oil is then skimmed from the liquid surface while the treated water is discharged via the outlet water nozzle at the bottom of the vessel.
- NSF pE
-
The Nutshell Filter (NSF) pE are used to remove oil and solids from waste and produced water streams.
In the NSF pE operation, water flows into the NSF pE unit where it passes through the NSF media, which removes both oil droplets and solids. Once the media is saturated with impurities the regeneration process is started. The fully integrated NSF Regeneration Pump forms part of the base scope of supply, along with the required actuated valves to divert the water flow. The modular design of the NSF pE allows for multiple packages to be installed in series or parallel enabling operational flexibility.
